ExpressPay Advantage is an integrated application module specifically designed for Auction-Tracker that integrates directly with the ePSPay_sm terminal-based card processing application. ExpressPay Advantage enhances "ExpressPay", (a feature of Auction-Tracker since 1992) and the auction night check-out process by adding integrated payment processing to significantly reduce the post-event reconciliation hassle.

How ExpressPay Advantage Works
ExpressPay Advantage's easy to use three step process makes processing your benefit auction event revenues quick and easy!

• Registration volunteers swipe the patron's card for ExpressPay and reference the bid number assigned. When ExpressPay registration closes, use the Smart Card and ExpressPay Advantage interface to automatically designate these patrons as ExpressPay participants in Auction-Tracker.
  

• With the event complete reconcile your bidder accounts, transfer outstanding balances to the ePSPay_sm terminals and process.
  

• Again using the Smart Card and ExpressPay Advantage interface, transfer all approved payments to Auction-Tracker from the ePSPay_sm terminals. No additional manual data entry is required to post credit card payments!
