"I am writing you today to give you my recommendation for your services. The interface between Auction-Tracker and the ePSPay credit card system was straightforward and easy to understand. Before, we would have to hand key all the credit card numbers through our own terminals but now with the ePSPay system, the numbers are automatically stored in the terminals. Thus eliminating the need to hand enter hundreds of credit card numbers.

Using this system also updates Auction-Tracker automatically. This is a blessing because we can print invoices for the guests that night and they can walk away with a receipt or invoice to pay.

The best part of the Event Payment Services team is their dedication to customer service. We had a slight problem on Friday night (Pacific Time) and a team member called me back that night with detailed instructions to answer my question.

I would recommend this service to anyone planning an event."

"Here is my review on how Auction-Tracker works with ExpressPay from Event Payment Services.

We just completed our 3rd annual auction using the Auction-Tracker software. This year we added in the ExpressPay option. We previously did all of our credit card payments through a normal credit card terminal from our bank. This made checkout a long complicated process.

Setup this year with the addition of the ExpressPay terminal was easy. The folks at Event Payment Services are great to work with. After completion of some setup paperwork, you are setup to accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. All info is pre-programmed into the terminal. You receive the terminal, smartcards & smartcard reader a couple days before your event. Pre-training is done with Event Payment Services over the phone. They make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of the system.

Auction night is really easy. Guest have option of registering their credit card for payment as soon as they check in. They are not required to do so. You can still process credit card payments for them later during the event. Check in take about a minute for each guest. Checkout is as fast as your volunteers can pull the items off the shelf & hand them over to the guest. No waiting in lines to pay if the guest as registered their credit cards.

Another nice feature is that the guest can split payments between cards. Makes it easier for those that wish to give more than one card limits.

The day after the event, the folks at Event Payment Services walk you through batching out your terminals. 48 hours later, the money is in your account.

I admit that I am more technical than most users. But if you understand the Auction-Tracker software & you can follow the instructions on the card terminal, you can easily make this system work for you.

Best of all, the processing rates are lower than most banks & you have personal cell phone numbers for support during your event.

"Bay Area Discovery Museum is a nonprofit children museum located in Sausalito, California. Our annual "Playdate" auction event is a very important source of funds for the museum, and it is very important that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

The museum has been utilizing Auction-Tracker as the event management software for many years. This year we decided to try Event Payment Services, LLC and its ePSPaysm, a terminal payment solution integrated with Auction-Tracker with ExpressPay Advantage.
