Purchase the Financial-Ledger and its license is good for use with all Tracker-Series applications purchased! The Financial-Ledger is designed to work with all releases of the A'Thon-Tracker, Auction-Tracker, Banquet-Tracker and Tournament-Tracker applications designed for Windows 98 SE or later.

Is it easy to use?
You do not have to be a C.P.A. or understand double-entry bookkeeping to use the Financial-Ledger. The Financial-Ledger's "Single-Entry" journal makes entering transactions quick and easy.

The Financial-Ledger is designed with the same "look and feel" of other Tracker-Series applications. Using standard pull-down menus, button bars and a graphical interface that is familiar and easy to use, greatly reducing the user's learning curve.

New users will appreciate the ease and speed of completing tasks. Guided by function specific screens, you can begin quickly and confidently. Data entry screens include pick lists --defined by you-- for common entry items. This ensures consistency among all users, reduces errors and is much faster as common terms do not have to be re-entered.

  • Automatically tracks all revenue data coming from your Tracker-Series application based on revenue account numbers you define.
  • Track other sources of revenue, related to your event but not monitored through your Tracker-Series application, based on revenue account numbers you define.
  • Create and maintain user-definable picklists for Vendors, Vendor Terms and Payment Types which are always accessible from event to event.
  • Track all event expenses you identify by account numbers you define. You track the level of detail you wish to maintain which includes Purchase Orders, Vendors, Vendor Terms and Payment Types.
  • Create donation receipts from any account that are compliant with federal tax laws.
