Support Site Re-Launched

"The key to quality software deployment is in the publisher who actually backs its products," stated Jack D. In addition to the traditional phone, email and online user's group support already provided, Northwest Software has added a new, secured, Online Chat Server for instant access to the application support team and a powerful Support Reference Center that includes access to News, KnowledgeBase and End-User Downloads. A full text search option is also available. As of today, most of the existing information and downloads have been consolidated into the reference center. Moving forward, all materials accessible to the users will be provided through the reference center.
